Abstract:
In an assembly unit (60) of an assembly device (50) for an automatic two-wheeled vehicle, a vehicle body frame (10), a stem assembly (24), and a top thread nut (26) are maintained such that the bottom of the vehicle body faces upward and the top of the vehicle body faces downward. Next, a lubricant (G) is coated on an upward-facing bottom opening (14) of a head pipe (12), and a vehicle bottom-side face of a race cone (28) disposed inside the top thread nut (26). Then, a ball (32) is retained in the bottom opening (14) and the race cone (28). In addition, a steering stem (22) is inserted into the bottom opening (14), and at the same time, the top thread nut (26) is screw-coupled to a screw unit of the steering stem (22) exposed from a downward-facing top opening (16) of the head pipe (12).
