Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for assembling an LM guide using a half division method and a computer-readable recording medium for performing the same method. The disclosed method for assembling an LM guide using a half division method, which assembles an LM guide to a base by using an LM rail having a plurality of fastening holes formed at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction, an auxiliary table formed with a plurality of fastening holes at the same intervals as the LM rail, and an LM block fastened to the auxiliary table and having fastening holes, the method comprising the steps of: arranging an LM rail on the upper portion of a base (S100); fastening a first hole from one end of the LM rail and the (2n + 1)th hole from one end of the LM rail among a plurality of fastening holes formed on the LM rail by a fastening means (S110); mounting an angle measuring device on the upper portion of the auxiliary table (S120); fastening the (2n-1 + 1)th hole from one end of the LM rail among the plurality of fastening holes formed on the LM rail by the fastening means (S130); arranging LM blocks individually on the upper portion of the first hole from one end of the LM rail and the upper portion of the (2n-1 + 1)th hole from one end of the LM rail (S140); arranging the auxiliary table formed integrally on the upper portion of LM blocks individually arranged on the upper portion of the first hole from one end of the LM rail and the upper portion of the (2n-1 + 1)th hole from one end of the LM rail and fastening the same with a fastening means (S150); setting the angle of the auxiliary table as 0 degrees in the angle measuring device (S160); arranging two LM blocks coupled to the auxiliary table in such a manner that one is arranged on the upper portion of the (2n-1 + 1)th hole from one end of the LM rail and the other is arranged on the upper portion of the (2n + 1)th hole from one end of the LM rail, and then measuring an angle of the auxiliary table (S170); calculating a certain straightness correction amount according to the angle of the auxiliary table measured in step S170 (S180); and moving the (2n-1 + 1)th hole portion of the rail by the straightness correction amount calculated in step S180 by loosening the fastening means of the (2n-1 + 1)th hole from one end of the LM rail and then fastening the same with a fastening means (S190), wherein the steps S130 through S190 are repeated while decreasing n by 1 until n = 1, and n is a natural number.
