Abstract:
Provided is a method for assembling a railway vehicle bogie, the method comprising: a plate spring arrangement step in which a plate spring extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction becomes supported on a pair of axle boxes arranged at a distance from each other in the vehicle longitudinal direction; a bogie frame arrangement step in which a bogie frame having a side wall having an opening formed therein is directly or indirectly mounted on the longitudinal center of the plate spring from above to cause the side wall to cover the plate spring from the outside in the vehicle width direction; and a measurement step in which the positional displacement in the vehicle longitudinal direction between the plate spring and the bogie frame is measured through the opening.
