Abstract:
A method for assessing assessment targets according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step for acquiring statistical information based on at least one color feature quantity for each of multiple assessment regions within a plate image that corresponds to an image of an assessment plate holding assessment targets in multiple wells provided to the plate; and a step for determining the color of the multiple assessment regions using the statistical information. The assessment targets include a test body. The multiple wells include specimen wells holding the assessment targets that further contain specimens. The plate image includes multiple well images that correspond to the multiple wells. Each of the assessment regions has at least one well image that corresponds to at least one of the wells.
