Abstract:
A method for attaching a soleplate having a profile corresponding to the sole
arch of a person and having a protrusion at the portion of the soleplate arch corresponding
to the top of a lateral arch to the sole or an insole laid thereon by aligning it accurately
and easily. A protrusion member having a profile corresponding to the protrusion
(4b) of a soleplate (4) and provided with a transfer means at a position corresponding
to the top of the protrusion (4b) is stuck to the sole of a person so that the position
of the transfer means coincides with the top position of the lateral arch, and
the foot bottom is aligned with the sole or an insole (2) and pressed under a state
where the protrusion member is stuck. Consequently, the top position of the
lateral arch is transferred as a transfer mark (3) to the sole or the insole (2)
by the transfer means, and the soleplate (4) is aligned with the sole or the insole
(2) and attached such that the position of the transfer mark (3) transferred to
the sole or the insole (2) matches the top position of the protrusion (4b) of the
soleplate (4).
