Abstract:
A method for automatically calibrating a mold-clamping force of a machine-articulated-type bottle blank injection molding machine, and an apparatus therefor. The apparatus comprises a mold-clamping force tester (1), wherein the back face of the mold-clamping force tester (1) is uniformly provided with several connectors (18); the connectors (18) are connected to signal transmission lines (3); two ends of each of the signal transmission lines (3) are provided with plug-in heads (31); the end of each of the signal transmission lines (3) that is not connected to a machine body is connected to mold-clamping force sensors (2); the mold-clamping force sensors (2) are in pairs; and each pair of mold-clamping force sensors (2) is connected by means of a bolt. In this way, the problems whereby the calibration of a mold-clamping force of an existing machine-articulated-type bottle blank injection molding machine generally requires a worker to perform step-by-step measurement and calculation so as to determine the magnitude of the mold-clamping force, and the calibration requires the worker to operate the machine-articulated-type bottle blank injection molding machine so as to adjust the mold-clamping force are solved. By means of improving and optimizing a method for calibrating a mold-clamping force of a machine-articulated-type bottle blank injection molding machine, the magnitude of the mold-clamping force of the machine-articulated-type bottle blank injection molding machine can be autonomously measured by means of the machine-articulated-type bottle blank injection molding machine.
