Title:
METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY DETECTING WHETHER BICYCLE HAS FALLEN ONTO THE GROUND
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/193679
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method for automatically detecting whether a bicycle has fallen onto the ground, comprising: acquiring a video image photographed in real time by a monitoring camera, and detecting whether a bicycle is present in the video image (S1); if a bicycle is present, extracting, from the video image, bicycle identification code images respectively stuck on a handlebar and a seat post of the bicycle (S2); comparing the extracted bicycle identification code image with a pre-stored original identification code image to determine a deviation angle and a deviation direction of the extracted bicycle identification code image relative to the original identification code image (S3); calculating a deviation angle of the bicycle according to the deviation angle and the deviation direction (S4); and determining whether the deviation angle of the bicycle exceeds a set angle threshold value; if so, determining that the bicycle has fallen onto the ground; and at this time, automatically acquiring local GPS positioning information, and editing the local GPS positioning information into first alarm prompt information for output and display, so as to inform corresponding staff that the bicycle has fallen onto the ground and handling is needed (S5). By means of the method, the efficiency of detecting that a bicycle has fallen onto the ground is improved.
