Abstract:

It is intended to provide a method of automatically evaluating the differentiation degree of cells whereby the differentiation degree of cells can be automatically, nondestructively and noninvasively evaluated. More specifically speaking, the differentiation degree of cells is evaluated by observing a morphological change in cells due to the differentiation with the use of an observing means, and quantifying the morphological change in the cells as a degree of morphological change based on the observation data.
