Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for automatically modifying an imaging range in biological sample microscopic imaging. In the method, a sample contour is differentiated from surrounding tissues by means of endogenous or exogenous markers, an initial sample imaging range is set, and optical microscopic imaging is performed on a sample surface layer, wherein the imaging range is greater than an area to be imaged of the sample; an actual sample area is calculated with a contour identification algorithm using an imaging result of the sample surface layer, and is set as an imaging range of a next layer; optical microscopic imaging is performed on a sample to be imaged of the next layer according to the set imaging range, wherein the imaging range covers the area to be imaged of the sample, and no redundant imaging is performed; and the above steps are repeated until a data-obtaining task is completed. The method allows a sample to automatically adjust imaging ranges for collection, thus reducing a total mosaic number in sample collection, and avoiding prolonged collection time caused by redundant data collection.
