Abstract:

Provided are a method for automatically monitoring a system by automatic setting of a threshold value and a monitoring system having same applied thereto. A method for monitoring a service, according to one embodiment of the present invention, generates a normal value using past measured values which were measured while providing the service, generates a threshold value using the normal value, and determines an occurrence of an error in providing the service using the threshold value. As a result, the optimal threshold value can be automatically set, and the system can be automatically monitored according to the threshold value which has been set, thereby improving accuracy of determining a system error.
