Abstract:
A method for automatically recommending a recipe, and a refrigerator. The method comprises: recording a family, healthy recipe collection, and identifying and recording food stored in a refrigerator (S101); monitoring whether a user remotely sends a query instruction to the refrigerator via a mobile phone (S102); if not, remaining unchanged (S103); and if so, sending a current food stock table of the refrigerator to a receiving port of the user's mobile phone, and recommending a recipe according to food stock (S104). By means of the method, food stored in a refrigerator is identified and recorded by means of a camera built in the refrigerator, and when a user sends a query instruction via a mobile phone, a food stock table is returned to the user's mobile phone, and a recipe can be recommended according to food stock, thereby making cooking dishes more convenient for the user.
