Abstract:
Using a simple method that requires no special processings, a control apparatus automatically determines the vibration frequency so as to decide which filter is required and set the filter. A servo control apparatus for driving a servomotor includes vibration detecting means for detecting a vibration of a control system, and also includes vibration frequency measuring/analyzing means. When a vibration occur during a driving, the vibration detecting means detects the vibration, and the vibration frequency measuring/analyzing means measures the frequency of a large vibration frequency component. The frequency of a vibration suppressing filter is set based on the vibration frequency.
