Title:
METHOD FOR BRINGING AT LEAST ONE WINDING WIRE AND A CIRCUIT BOARD INTO MUTUAL ELECTRICAL CONTACT, AND ACTUATOR FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/106748
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for bringing at least one winding wire and a circuit board into mutual electrical contact, wherein the at least one winding wire has electrical insulation and at least one winding of a stator of an actuator, in particular a hydrostatic actuator, for a motor vehicle is formed by means of the at least one winding wire, wherein the circuit board is used to control a supply of current to the at least one winding, wherein the at one winding wire and the circuit board are soldered to each other, wherein first the insulation is removed in a segment in order to obtain a winding wire segment stripped of insulation, and a soldering intermediary is applied to the winding wire segment stripped of insulation and then the winding wire segment stripped of insulation and provided with the soldering intermediary and the circuit board are soldered to each other. The invention further relates to an actuator, in particular a hydrostatic actuator, for a motor vehicle, said actuator comprising at least one winding wire and a circuit board, wherein the at least one winding wire has electrical insulation and at least one winding of a stator of the actuator is formed by means of the at least one winding wire, wherein the circuit board is used to control a supply of current to the at least one winding, wherein the at least one winding wire and the circuit board are brought into mutual electrical contact in accordance with such a method.
