Disclosed is a method by which a terminal receives a random access response (RAR) in an unlicensed band. In particular, the method comprises transmitting a random access preamble (RAP) and receiving an RAR in response to the RAP, wherein a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) for the RAR can be received on the basis of time information included in downlink control information (DCI) within the PDCCH.
