Abstract:
Disclosed is a method, in the field of measurement technology, for calculating the inner wall temperature of piping from the measurements of outer wall temperature with regard to a problem of two-dimensional unsteady heat flow in a tube. An evaluation method includes a step for measuring the temperatures of an outer wall at a plurality of points under two-dimensional unsteady flow in piping, and a step for estimating the inner wall temperature based on the measurements of outer wall temperature.  According to the method, changes in the inner wall temperature over time can be accurately estimated with high precision based on the outer wall temperature, and the calculation time is relatively short.  Since the method is applicable to a problem that measurement of the inner wall temperature of flow in a tube is difficult in the industrial production and scientific research, there is a possibility of wide application of the method.
