Abstract:
Provided is a method for calibrating gap sensors (31, 32) which are provided in magnetic bearings (21, 22) for supporting a floating body (5) in a non-contacting manner by means of an electromagnetic force, and which detect a gap (g) between the floating body (5) and a reference object serving as a positional reference in the positional control of the floating body (5), the method comprising an establishment step for setting at least three constraint conditions, which are conditions for associating the gap (g) and outputs of the gap sensors (31, 32), and using the constraint conditions to establish a conversion formula for converting the outputs of the gap sensors (31, 32) into the gap (g).
