Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for calibrating a gyro sensor on the basis of a vehicle speed, and, in order to prevent a scale factor correction error from being accumulated since the rotational radius changes according to the vehicle speed in a turning section when a scale factor of the gyro sensor is calibrated through an extended Kalman filter by using GNSS information having been received in the turning section in a GNSS-based dead reckoning system, a weighted value is extracted in consideration of the vehicle speed and applies the same to the extended Kalman filter, thereby enabling the gyro senor to be accurately calibrated in real time.
