Abstract:
Provided is a method for calibrating an in-service bridge force-measurement bearing support on the basis of accurate determination of a coefficient of friction, comprising the steps: A1: recording the value of a horizontal or lateral force applied to a force measurement apparatus, first recording the horizontal force or lateral force value of a sensing apparatus (5) before the force measurement apparatus is lifted; then, a power apparatus (13) applying a horizontal or lateral force to two wedge-shaped load transducers (3) on the force measurement apparatus, inducing the height of the force measurement apparatus to change, and recording the horizontal or lateral force values of the sensing apparatus (5) during the change in height or during a pause in the change; A2: according to the mechanical equilibrium relationship of the forces borne by the load transducer (3), deriving a relational expression for a coefficient of friction and the load converter (3) angle of inclination, horizontal force, or lateral force; A3: according to the recorded horizontal or lateral force values and the relational expression of A2, solving for the value of the coefficient of friction. The invention is used for solving the problem that the coefficient of friction of the wedge-shaped height adjustment force-measurement apparatus in service cannot be accurately determined, causing vertical force measurement to be inaccurate.
