Abstract:
A method for calibrating a large fixed electronic scale (2) includes the following steps: loading and unloading every supporting point on the scale table-board (21) of the scale (2) by at least one loading and unloading mechanism (121); measuring and displaying a load by at least one high accuracy load gauge (122); controlling the load by a constant load control device (13); comparing a precise load displayed by the high accuracy load gauge (122) with a gauge weighing display value of the scale (2) to obtain a calibration error of the scale (2). The detection method doesn't use a weight. The method greatly improves working efficiency and safety, and reduces cost.
