Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for carbonization using a gallium metal, comprising the following steps: immersing a material to be carbonized in a liquid gallium metal, such that the material is insulated from the air; and heating same, such that carbonization of the material occurs. The method for carbonizing using a gallium metal is carried out under an air atmosphere, and combined with the good thermal conductivity of the gallium metal, the method has less energy loss; in addition, gallium can be recycled after the reaction is completed, thereby greatly reducing the carbonization cost.
