Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for carrying out a boron-removal and flocculation integrated treatment on fracturing waste liquid, the method comprising: adjusting the pH of a fracturing flowback fluid containing boron to be alkaline, adding an oxidizing agent and reacting same for a certain time to change the state of boron, and then reacting same with an added barium salt to generate a precipitate, wherein the addition of the oxidizing agent destroys the stability of the flowback liquid, and a resulting barium salt precipitate removes suspended matter in the fracturing waste liquid by means of adsorption, encapsulation, and sedimentation. In the method, boron removal and flocculation processes carried out on a fracturing waste liquid are integrated, and the boron removal rate reaches 80% or more. After the treated fracturing flowback fluid is filtered, the suspended matter and oil content in the water are both lower than 5.0 mg/L.
