Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for carrying out the economic aggregate analysis using an employment function, which comprises the following steps: taking the variable measured by the actual wage unit as the measuring unit; deriving a simplified model of the employment function from an employment multiplier formula according to the Keynesian employment function; obtaining a theoretical model of the employment function from a short-term decision equation of the employment multiplier; obtaining a more general form of employment function from a general form of a employment multiplier decision equation; and using the general model of the employment function to analyze the short-term variation of economy. The method can provide a policy basis for governments to prevent and respond to economic crisis timely and can also provide effective technical support for production and decision-making of various industries and organizations.
