Abstract:

A method of cell culture that enables making a correct decision on the state of cell growth without having direct contact with transplantation cells. This method of cell culture comprises the steps of separately accommodating transplantation cells (200) and test cells (300) in a culture container (100) furnished with partitions for separately accommodating a plurality of samples in a single container, culturing the transplantation cells (200) and the test cells (300) under identical conditions, and making a decision on the state of growth of transplantation cells (200) on the basis of the state of growth of test cells (300).
