Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a method for cell measurement report, a related device, and a system. The method comprises: a user equipment receives measurement configuration information configured by a network side and selects a serving cell on the basis of the measurement configuration information; the user equipment measures the selected serving cell on the basis of the measurement configuration information, and upon determining that the measurement result of the serving cell satisfies the trigger event, or the user equipment measures the serving cell and an adjacent cell, where the adjacent cell is a cell on a carrier frequency indicated by a measurement object related to the serving cell, and upon determining that the measurement result of the serving cell and the measurement result of the adjacent cell satisfy a preset trigger event, or the user equipment measures the adjacent cell, and upon determining that the measurement result of the adjacent cell satisfies the trigger event, the user equipment transmits, on the basis of an instruction of the measurement configuration information, a measurement report carrying the trigger event to the network side. This solves the problem in the prior art of network load being increased by redundant measurement reports when submitting a measurement event.
