Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for cell transduction and a microfluidic chip for cell transduction, wherein, by introducing traits by a microfluidic-based method, cellular stress induced by a strong centrifugal force can be avoided, and since a high multiplicity of infection (MOI) can be achieved even with a small volume, the present invention can be usefully employed in cell transformation.
