Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for circulating a treatment liquid, the method encompassing a step for rotating a liquid dispersal device and for scooping up and discharging the treatment liquid using the liquid dispersal device. The liquid dispersal device is provided with a rotating shaft positioned along the plumb vertical direction, and at least one flow member mounted on the rotating shaft. The flow member is provided with a discharge unit that is positioned at an upper location and that protrudes outside of the treatment liquid, a liquid intake unit that is positioned at a lower location and that is immersed in the treatment liquid, and a tubular flow path that extends between the discharge unit and the liquid intake unit. The tubular flow path is curved such that the discharge unit is oriented toward a side away from the rotating shaft. The method according to the present invention is additionally carried out in a state in which the tubular flow path of the flow member constituting the liquid dispersal device is filled with the treatment liquid.
