Abstract:
Finely milled powders which are remarkably excellent in, for example, physical properties (texture, water-retention, suspension retention, etc.) when used as food materials, bactericidal efficiency on suspensions, etc. when used as fermentation materials, and qualities of products, etc. when used as fillers in molding highly biodegradable containers. A method for producing a fraction which comprises milling a specific tissue of oilseeds or cereals and classifying the same. Ultra-finely milled powders having a 50% grain size of 6 $g(m)m or less and a process for producing an ultra-finely milled powder which comprises dry-milling a material.
