Abstract:
Provided is a method for classifying a test body fluid sample into one of two groups selected from among four groups consisting of chronic hepatitis C, chronic hepatitis B, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and normal liver. One or more embodiments of the present invention pertain to a method for classifying a test body fluid sample into one of two groups selected from among four groups consisting of chronic hepatitis C, chronic hepatitis B, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and normal liver. The method involves measuring the expression level of one or more non-coding RNA within the test body fluid sample.
