Abstract:
The present application provides a method, client, and system for output processing of a media file. For media files recommended by a client via a target application interface, when the client detects information of a trigger by a user for any one of the media files, that is, a target media file, and after determining that the trigger information meets a preset requirement, the client outputs a preset floating layer window and sends a media data request for the target media file to a server, so that the server feeds back, according to the media data request, preset media data of only the target media file itself to the preset floating layer interface of the client for playing, and does not feed back other relevant data to the client, greatly reducing the data transmission amount between the server and the client, reducing occupation of network resources, and avoiding excess data traffic caused by downloading related data other than media data of a media file, where the user is not interested in said related data.
