Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for co-processing a copper-smelting arsenic sulfide slag and an arsenic-containing soot. The method comprises atmospheric pressure acid leaching an arsenic-containing soot to allow copper, zinc, iron, arsenic, etc., to enter the solution, recovering lead from the leached residue by means of a lead smelting system, subjecting copper from the acid leaching solution of soot to sulfide precipitation by means of arsenic sulfide slag, adding ferrous sulphate into the copper-precipitated solution, and reacting same under the condition of oxygen pressure to obtain a scorodite with a high stability, wherein the loss of valuable metals in the arsenic precipitation process is less, and the arsenic-removed solution has less impurities and may be directly sent to a zinc electrodeposition process to obtain electrodeposited zinc, or evaporated and crystallized to obtain a zinc sulfate product. In the present invention, valuable metals have a high recovery rate and the operation is simple. The sulfide precipitation of copper by means of the arsenic sulfide slag effectively solves the problem of arsenic sulfide slag having low value and being difficult to process, and achieves an efficient use of hazardous solid waste and a harmless treatment of arsenic.
