Abstract:
A method for coating a foaming agent or a foaming sealant within a pipeline, comprising the following steps: (1) a foaming sealant (S') and a gas are collected by a reduction vessel (12), which then pass through a hose (10) connected to a faucet and arrive at an end of the pipeline to be coated; (2) after a period of time, a valve (13) is shut down so as to deliver only gas, other particles passing through the center of the pipeline are used to dry and cure a sealant attached to an inner surface; (4) the foaming sealant (S') is distributed helically around a net or on an outer surface of a porous element (6c), the foaming sealant (S') is drawn into and passes through a slit (6d) by means of the gas inside the net or the axial porous member (6c). The coating method meets the requirements of high speed, large width and high precision for coating, reduces equipment costs, and greatly reduces the amount of foaming agent or foaming sealant used while allowing the foaming agent or foaming sealant to dry and cure quickly. Thus, jobs may be executed more effectively and economically.
