Abstract:
A method for coating a PC steel stranded wire for forming a synthetic resin film of uniform thickness on single wires constituting a stranded wire and on the outer peripheral part of the stranded wire without any bubble trace by applying a first coating to an area where the strand of the PC steel stranded wire is temporarily opened by means of a coating gun having a plurality of synthetic resin powder discharge nozzles and applying a second coating to the area where the strand of the PC steel stranded wire is closed to the original state. A uniform synthetic resin film is formed on the signal wires constituting the PC steel stranded wire and on the outer peripheral part of the stranded wire, and any bubble trace caused by inclusion of air for transporting powder is prevented on the film surface of the PC steel stranded wire.
