Title:
METHOD FOR COLLECTIVELY DETERMINING SENSITIVITY TO ANTI-CANCER THERAPEUTIC DRUG
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/058974
Kind Code:
A2
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for collectively testing sensitivity to both primary and secondary anti-cancer drugs through a one-time test under closely in vivo conditions. The present invention includes a method for collectively testing sensitivity of primary and secondary anti-cancer drugs to a tumor. The method comprises: (i) a step of preparing primary and secondary anti-cancer drug reaction plates; (ii) a step of injecting a tumor tissue specimen prepared from a patient to the reaction tablets of the primary and secondary anti-cancer drug reaction plates and culturing; (iii) a step of administering and reacting primary anti-cancer drug candidates to the reaction tablets of primary and secondary reaction plates; (iv) a step of measuring and analyzing sensitivity of the primary anti-cancer drug candidates treated to the reaction tablet of the primary anti-cancer drug reaction plate and administering and reacting secondary anti-cancer drug candidates to the tablet of the secondary anti-cancer drug reaction plate which have different combination with the primary anti-cancer drug; and (v) a step of measuring and analyzing sensitivity of secondary anti-cancer drug candidates treated to the reaction tablet of the secondary anti-cancer drug reaction plate.
