Abstract:
A method for combining amorphous alloy members (10) and a nonmetal member (20), and a product thereof. The method comprises: arranging two or more amorphous alloy members (10) on the periphery of the nonmetal member (20), heating the amorphous alloy members (10) and pressurizing the amorphous alloy members (10) to make corresponding or contact parts of the adjacent amorphous alloy members (10) fused together, wherein the heating temperature for the amorphous alloy members (10) ranges between the glass transition temperature and crystallization temperature of the amorphous alloy members (10). According to the method, because an amorphous alloy is characterized by superplasticity in a supercooled liquid phase region, at the temperature of the supercooled liquid phase region, that is, at the temperature ranging between the glass transition temperature and crystallization temperature of the amorphous alloy, the amorphous alloy is softened and deformed by pressurization, and accordingly, preset nonmetal materials are wrapped by the amorphous alloy or are combined with the amorphous alloy in other manners, and the combination performance is stable; in addition, the method has low requirement for equipment and processes, the cost is low, the obtained product can meet the utilization requirement without subsequent complex machining, and the method is suitable for batch production.
