Abstract:
A method and communication apparatus for controlling the transport layer connection. Through negotiating the existent time of the transport layer connection of a session previously, when any of a session in the transport layer connection is finished, judging the existent time of the transport layer connection negotiated previously is ephemeral or permanent, if it is ephemeral, releasing the transport layer connection, and if it is permanent, not releasing it.
