Abstract:
A method for detecting other wireless system is suited for communication device comprising both time division duplex system and other wireless system. And the communication device is carrying out the service of the TDD system. The method presets the upstream data transmission time slot for detecting other wireless system in the TDD wireless sub frame. And the method further comprises: when the upstream data transmission time slot for detecting other wireless system in the TDD wireless sub frame arrives, other wireless system is searched in the time slot and if found, the relative information of other wireless system is received and recorded,and then returning to continue the present TDD service, otherwise, directly returning to continue the present TDD service. A communication device capable of detecting other wireless system is also disclosed. The solution doesn't need to interrupt the proceeding TDD service and add special detecting module and doesn't add the additional hardware complexity.
