Title:
METHOD FOR COMPENSATING FOR NON-UNIFORM LIGHT ENERGY OF LIGHT-CURABLE 3D PRINTER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/146509
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for compensating for the non-uniform light energy of a light-curable 3D printer, the method being capable of efficiently regulating the light energy at relatively low cost. To this end, the method for compensating for the non-uniform light energy of the light-curable 3D printer, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: dividing at least a part of an exposed area into a plurality of specific test areas, and preparing test output data provided so as to have a predetermined test shape part to be formed in each specific test area; forming, by light, the test shape part on the basis of the test output data; and confirming whether the test shape part is properly formed and regulating the light energy for the specific test area of the improperly formed test shape part.
