Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of chemical rubber, and particularly to a method for concentrating a polyisoprene latex. A creaming agent is added into and mixed with a thin polyisoprene latex, standing for layering is performed, and part of whey is removed, thereby obtaining a thick polyisoprene latex; the pH value of a thick polyisoprene latex system is regulated, and then an emulsifier is added to the thick polyisoprene latex for blending, thereby obtaining a concentrated polyisoprene latex. According to the present invention, the concentrated polyisoprene latex having a high solid content is obtained, and the stability of the concentrated polyisoprene latex is ensured. The solid content of the concentrated polyisoprene latex in the present invention is between 47% and 57%, the mechanical stability is greater than 1500 s, and the shelf life is longer than 6 months.
