Abstract:
Provided is a smart quality inspection equipment system that uses industrial standard communication specifications with a method for establishing an environment that systematically manages the quality of heterogeneous parts manufactured in various forms in the field of parts manufacture and is capable of flexible interworking with higher platforms and applications. A method for configuring an OPC UA server, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: collecting data for quality inspection of parts occurring in inspection equipment; inspecting the quality of the parts on the basis of the data so as to generate status data; and configuring the OPC UA server by modeling OPC UA information with the collected data and the status data. Thereby, by establishing an environment that systematically manages the quality of heterogeneous parts manufactured in various forms in the field of parts manufacture and is capable of flexible interworking with higher platforms and applications, it is possible to reduce costs by maintaining consistent quality and identifying and coping with quality problems.
