Abstract:
An electronic apparatus and configuration method for configuring functions of a cleaning robot are provided. The electronic apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: an input interface; a display; a communication module; at least one memory that stores one or more instructions; and at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor may: by executing the one or more instructions stored in the memory, receive, via the input interface, a user input for selecting a cleaning space; upon receiving the user input for selecting the cleaning space, display a plurality of residential environment options by controlling the display, the plurality of residential environment options including, as setup values, option values appropriate for respective residential environments from among option values of setup functions of the cleaning robot; receive, via the input interface, a user input for selecting one of the plurality of residential environment options; and transmit, to the cleaning robot via the communication module, bundled information regarding the selected residential environment option as setup information of the setup functions for the selected space.
