Abstract:
Provided are a method for configuring a radio resource, a terminal device and a network device. Said method is applied to a terminal device, and a first signaling radio bearer (SRB) is provided between the terminal device and a first network device, and the terminal device and a second network device have a second SRB; said method comprises: the terminal device receiving, on the first SRB, first configuration information sent by the first network device; when rejecting to reconfigure the radio resource according to the first configuration information, the terminal device sending to the first network device a rejection message of the first configuration information. In the embodiments of the present invention, by continuously using old configuration information or restoring old configuration information, and replying to the rejection message, the normal service of the terminal device on the first SRB can be ensured, thereby improving the data transmission rate and the throughput of the network side.
