Abstract:
Provided in an embodiment of the present application are a method for conflict resolution and a terminal device: when an uplink transmission and a sidelink transmission conflict in time, a terminal device may resolve the data transmission conflict according to a ProSe Per-Packet Priority (PPPP) and a threshold of data on a sidelink, thereby satisfying the requirements for data transmission in Release 15, and subsequent versions. The method is applied to terminal-to-terminal communication, and the terminal device must simultaneously transmit sidelink data on M first type carriers and uplink data on N second type carriers, wherein M and N are positive integers; the method comprises: the terminal device determining to preferentially transmit the sidelink data on part or all of the M first type carriers according to a data packet priority PPPP and a first threshold of the sidelink data transmitted on the M first type carriers, or determining to preferentially transmit uplink data on part or all of the N second type carriers.
