Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for constructing a DNA library and application thereof. The method comprises: providing chimeric DNA with a marker; performing transposition treatment on the chimeric DNA with a marker to obtain a transposition product; performing capture treatment on the transposition product to obtain captured DNA; and performing amplification treatment on the captured DNA to obtain the DNA library.
