Abstract:
A method for constructing a functional nucleic acid molecule comprising one or two nucleic acid chain(s), wherein the functional nucleic acid molecule comprising one or two nucleic acid chain(s) is formed by: introducing two or more fragments, in which a pair of functional groups which bond to one another by a chemical reaction are attached to corresponding ends, into a cell; and bonding the fragments to one another by reacting the functional groups with one another inside the cell.
