Abstract:
The present invention provides a method of constructing a grape antibody library, comprising the steps of: extracting a grape protein antigen, immunizing mice with the obtained protein antigen; fusing the spleen and lymphocyte cells of the immunized mouse with SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells to obtain hybridoma cells, and preparing an antibody; spotting the obtained antibody on chips to obtain grape antibody chips; screening the obtained grape antibody chips, and obtaining a enriched specific antibody library targeting proteins fixed on the grape protein chips through data analysis.
