Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for constructing a pipeline sinking rammed and expanded cast-in-situ pile in a sand or gravel layer, which relates to the field of building construction. The method comprises: step 1, using a long spiral drilling machine firstly for drilling a hole at a position for the pile, wherein the depth of a drilled hole is smaller than the designed length of the pile, and the diameter of the drilled hole is larger than that of a pile pipeline; step 2, injecting slurry or a chemical slurry into the bottom of the hole through a central steel pipe of the long spiral drilling machine, and performing grouting while a drill rod is lifted to ensure that the sand layer or the gravel layer does not collapse into the hole; step 3, hammering and sinking a steel pile pipeline corresponding to the design into the drilled hole by using a pipeline sinking ramming and expanding apparatus, such that the slurry or chemical slurry is partially extruded from the pile pipeline to the ground; step 4, placing a reinforcement cage in the pile pipeline, and pouring concrete into the pile pipeline, wherein the height of the poured concrete is set such that the height of the concrete after the pile pipeline is pulled out corresponds to the designed elevation of the top of the pile; and step 5, pulling out the pile pipeline, and vibrating the upper end of the pile by means of a vibration rod to complete the construction of the pile. The present invention can guarantee the the depth of the hole formed by means of pipeline sinking and can prevent hole collapse.
