Abstract:
Provided is a method for constructing a practical model for evaluating NK cell function in hepatitis B liver disease, comprising: (1) dividing patients with hepatitis B liver disease into chronic hepatitis active patients and chronic hepatitis inactive patients, using flow cytometry to detect the frequency distributions of peripheral blood NK cells and the subpopulations thereof, and comparing same; (2) using flow cytometry to detect levels of cytokines secreted by peripheral blood NK cells and the subpopulations thereof, and comparing same; (3) collecting clinical indicators of patients, and carrying out the correlation analysis of the clinical indicators with NK cell immune evaluation indicators; (4) using NK cell active function and NK cell low function as feedback variables, utilizing a multivariate logistic regression model to screen out the indicators related to the functional status of NK cells in patients; (5) establishing an evaluation model; (6) constructing a nomogram.
