Disclosed by embodiments of the present application are a method for constructing a simulation scene, a simulation method and a device, which can be applied to the field of automatic driving simulation testing. The method comprises: acquiring an instruction, wherein the instruction indicates a starting point and a destination; according to the instruction and map information, acquiring a driving route of a vehicle traveling from the starting point to the destination, and road information of the driving route; selecting at least one data fragment from among a plurality of pre-stored data fragments according to the road information of the driving route, the plurality of data fragments being determined according to data collected by a sensor device; splicing the at least one data fragment according to a first preset rule so as to obtain a spliced data fragment; and generating a simulation scene on the basis of the spliced data fragment. By means of the solution provided by the present application, a large amount of real traffic scene data can be obtained without consuming a large amount of manpower and materials.
