Abstract:
The subject of the invention is a method for the manufacturing of flush toilet basket, used in the injection manufacturing of the basket. Characterised by adding a fragrant agent in an amount of 25 - 45% by weight, advantageously 34% by weight, to the medium before the injection process, wherein the basis for the medium is a thermoplastic plastic injected at an injection temperature of (220-24O)oC, advantageously 230oC and at an injection pressure of (60-140) bars, advantageously 100 bars, with the injection speed of (30-90)%, advantageously 60%, whereas the fragrant agent in the form of ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer is injected at an injection temperature of (80-12O)oC, advantageously 1000C and at an injection pressure of (20-70) bars, advantageously 50 bars, with the injection speed of (25-70)%, advantageously 50%.

Example V

Thermoplastic plastic in the form of polyethylene is injected in the injection mould shaped as a top layer 2 of the basket 1 at an injection temperature in the range of 230°C and injection pressure of 80 bars with the injection speed of 50%, and the fragrant agent under the trade name of EVA is injected at a temperature of 90°C and injection pressure of 50 bars with the injection speed of 50 %.

Example VI

Thermoplastic plastic in the form of polyethylene is injected in the injection mould shaped as a connector 3 of the basket i at an injection temperature in the range of 220°C and injection pressure of 60 bars with the injection speed of 40%, and the fragrant agent under the trade name of EVA is injected at a temperature of 100°C and injection pressure of 40 bars with the injection speed of 50 %.

Example VII

Thermoplastic plastic in the form of polyethylene is injected in the injection mould shaped as a grip 4 of the basket I at an injection temperature in the range of 220°C and injection pressure of 60 bars with the injection speed of 40%, and the fragrant agent under the trade name of EVA is injected at a temperature of 100°C and injection pressure of 40 bars with the injection speed of 50 %.

Example VIII

Thermoplastic plastic in the form of polypropylene is injected in the injection mould shaped as a container 5 for the disinfecting agent of the basket i at an injection temperature in the range of 220°C and injection pressure of 140 bars with the injection speed of 90%, and the fragrant agent under the trade name of EVA is injected at a temperature of 120°C and injection pressure of 60 bars with the injection speed of 60%. Example IX

Thermoplastic plastic in the form of polyethylene is injected in the injection mould shaped as a base 6 of the basket i at an injection temperature in the range of 220°C and injection pressure of 90 bars with the injection speed of 70%, and the fragrant agent under the trade name of EVA is injected at a temperature of 110°C and injection pressure of 70 bars with the injection speed of 70 %.

After the injection process and cooling of the basket or basket elements, they are connected and the basket is equipped with a toilet block with the active substance - foam and cleaning and disinfecting agents, which are activated by contact with water.

Patent claims

1. The method of construction of a fragrant basket for a flush toilet by injecting the basket's injection mould with medium which forms its structure, wherein before the injection process a fragrant agent is added to the medium in an amount of 25 to 45% by weight, advantageously 34% by weight.

Method in accordance with claim 1, wherein the basis for the medium is a thermoplastic plastic injected at an injection temperature of (220-240)°C, advantageously 230°C and at an injection pressure of (60-140) bars, advantageously 100 bars, with the injection speed of (30-90)%, advantageously 60%, whereas the fragrant agent in the form of ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer is injected at an injection temperature of (80-120)°C, advantageously 100°C and at an injection pressure of (20-70) bars, advantageously 50 bars, with the injection speed of (25-70)%, advantageously 50%.

3. Method in accordance with claim 2 wherein the thermoplastic plastic is polypropylene.

4. Method in accordance with claim 2 wherein the thermoplastic plastic is polyethylene.

5. Method in accordance with claim 2, wherein the entire basket Q_) is shaped as a monolith.

6. Method in accordance with claim 2, wherein the top layer (2) of the basket (!) is shaped.

7. Method in accordance with claim 2, wherein the connector (3) of the basket (1) is shaped.

8. Method in accordance with claim 2, wherein the grip (4) of the basket (I) is shaped.

9. Method in accordance with claim 2, wherein the container (5) for the disinfecting agent of the basket (I) is shaped.

10. Method in accordance with claim 2, wherein the base (6) of the basket (J_) is shaped.

Description:
The method for construction of a scented WC basket

The subject of the invention is a method for the manufacturing of flush toilet basket, used in the injection manufacturing of the basket.

In known solutions the flush toiled basket was manufactured in known injection moulding devices, from a plastic which facilitates the injection process. Each of this baskets had a nest for placing a container which emits fragrant substances, frequently disinfecting agents, in reaction with water pouring over them in the flush toilet bowl.

This solution fulfils its fragrance-emitting function only for a moment after the water is flushed. However, it does not emit a sufficient amount of fragrance in the case, when it is not moistened for a longer time.

In order to achieve a continuous emission of fragrance, a solution was created, the essence of which was presented below.

The essence of the invention, which is a method of construction of a fragrant basket for a flush toilet by injecting the basket's injection mould with medium which forms its structure, wherein before the injection process a fragrant agent is added to the medium in an amount of 25 to 45 % by weight, advantageously 34% by weight.

It is advantageous when the basis for the medium is a thermoplastic plastic injected at an injection temperature of (220-240)°C, advantageously 230°C and at an injection pressure of (60-140) bars, advantageously 100 bars, with the injection speed of (30-90)%, advantageously 60%, whereas the fragrant agent in the form of ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer is injected at an injection temperature of (80-120)°C, advantageously 100°C and at an injection pressure of (20-70) bars, advantageously 50 bars, with the injection speed of (25-70)%, advantageously 50%.

It is also advantageous when the thermoplastic plastic is polypropylene.

It is also advantageous when the thermoplastic plastic is polyethylene.

It is also advantageous when this manner is used to form the entire basket as a monolith.

It is also advantageous when this method is used to form the upper layers of the basket structure.

It is also advantageous when this method is used to form the connector for basket elements.

It is especially advantageous when this method is used to form the basket grip- It is also advantageous when this method is used to form the container for the disinfecting agent.

It is especially advantageous when this method is used to form the basket base.

The use of the method presented in the invention enables the following technical and utility effects:

- durability of the fragrance throughout the entire period of use of the basket,

- low costs of the manufacture of the basket,

- the ability to manufacture using the basic injection machines used so far, including two compound machines,

- the ability to freely configure the elements of the basked constructed using the method presented above,

- the ability to place in the basket of all hitherto used elements, fragrant, disinfecting, cleaning, foaming and others,

- the ability to use as a fragrant agent used to scent the abovementioned polymers similar trade products, such as ELVAX, EVANTE or PEDAX. The subject of the invention was presented on example implementations below and on the drawing, where on fig. 1 the basket was presented in a view with the disinfecting refill, whereas on fig. la in a frontal view, on fig. lb in a side view, on fig. lc in a top view, and on fig. Id in a view with parallel perspective, while on fig. 2 the basket was presented, whereas on fig. 2a in a frontal view, on fig. 2b in a cross-section in the A-A plane from fig. 2b, and on fig. 2c in a top view.

Example I

To the mass which is the medium for the construction of the flush toilet basket a fragrant agent is added - ethyl vinyl acetate, under the trade name of EVA in an amount of 34% of the medium. Then the medium which is thus prepared, at a temperature of 100 - 1 10°C and density of 0,92 - 0,95 g/cm3 is injected into a form with a temperature of 50°C at an injection pressure of 40 atm whereas the time of injection amounts to 25 s.

Example II

To the mass which is the medium for the construction of the flush toilet basket a fragrant agent is added - ethyl vinyl acetate, under the trade name of EVA in an amount of 30 % of the medium. Then the medium which is thus prepared, at a temperature of 100 - 1 10°C and density of 0,92 - 0,95 g/cm3 is injected into a form with a temperature of 50°C at an injection pressure of 40 atm whereas the time of injection amounts to 25 s.

Example III

To the mass which is the medium for the construction of the flush toilet basket a fragrant agent is added - ethyl vinyl acetate, under the trade name of EVA in an amount of 40 % of the medium. Then the medium which is thus prepared, at a temperature of 100 - 110°C and density of 0,92 - 0,95 g/cm3 is injected into a form with a temperature of 50°C at an injection pressure of 40 atm whereas the time of injection amounts to 25 s.

Example IV

Thermoplastic plastic in the form of polypropylene is injected in the injection mould shaped as a monolithic basket 1 at an injection temperature in the range
