Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for continuously preparing a 2-methylallyl propanate alcohol solution, with 2-methylallyl propanol and an alkaline metal hydroxide aqueous solution serving as raw materials, an alcohol solution of 2-methylallyl propanate is produced in a combined distillation tower by means of a reactive distillation for water removal. The upper part of the combined distillation tower is a plate tower and the lower part of same is a packed tower. The 2-methylallyl propanol is introduced into the distillation tower from a first tower plate. The alkaline metal hydroxide aqueous solution is introduced into the distillation tower from a second tower plate. A gas injection circulative mixing component is provided on sieves of the tower plates of the plate tower. The circulative mixing component is formed by two hollow pipes sleeved together. The outer hollow pipe is fixed on the upper part of the inner hollow pipe. The inner hollow pipe is in communication with the sieves. The advantages of the present invention are such that, with the alkaline aqueous solution serving as the raw material, the continuous preparation of the alcohol solution of 2-methylallyl propanate is allowed, the process has great safeness, and the product has a low free alkali content and is directly applicable in a preparation process for high quality 2-methylallyl propanol polyether.
